Delivery & Studio Pickup Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
Beah Floral is a private floral design studio based in Long Beach, California. We offer local delivery and studio pickup by appointment only.
By placing an order with Beah Floral, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Delivery Areas
Delivery is available within our designated service area.
Delivery availability, service areas, and delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
Orders placed outside of our service area may be declined or canceled at Beah Floral’s discretion.
Delivery Dates & Timing
Customers may select a preferred delivery date during checkout.
While Beah Floral will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested delivery dates and timeframes, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Beah Floral shall not be responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather events, vehicle issues, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Recipient Availability
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the arrangement.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, Beah Floral may, at its sole discretion:
Leave the arrangement in a reasonably safe location;
Leave the arrangement with a front desk attendant, concierge, receptionist, household member, neighbor, or other individual reasonably believed to be authorized to accept delivery; or
Attempt re-delivery, subject to an additional delivery fee.
The customer assumes all risk once delivery has been completed at the address provided.
Safe Delivery & Proof of Delivery
Unless otherwise instructed, Beah Floral reserves the right to leave arrangements in a location deemed reasonably safe and appropriate by the delivery driver.
Photographs may be taken at the time of delivery for documentation and proof of delivery purposes.
Photographic proof of delivery shall constitute evidence that delivery was completed.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:
Recipient name
Delivery address
Apartment or suite number
Gate codes
Building access instructions
Contact phone number
Beah Floral is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
Re-Delivery Fees
If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient unavailability, restricted access, incorrect information, or any other circumstance outside of Beah Floral’s control, an additional delivery fee may be required before re-delivery is attempted.
Re-delivery is subject to scheduling availability.
Studio Pickup
Studio pickup is available by appointment only.
Beah Floral is a private studio and does not offer walk-in shopping or unscheduled pickups.
Customers selecting studio pickup will receive pickup instructions and appointment details prior to their scheduled pickup time.
Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup window.
Missed Pickup Appointments
If a customer is unable to attend their scheduled pickup appointment, they must contact Beah Floral as soon as possible.
Beah Floral cannot guarantee accommodation of missed appointments and reserves the right to reschedule pickups based on availability.
Because flowers are perishable products, Beah Floral is not responsible for deterioration resulting from delayed pickup.
Missed pickup appointments do not qualify for refunds, credits, or replacements.
Transfer of Responsibility
Responsibility for the arrangement transfers to the customer or recipient upon:
Successful delivery to the designated address; or
Pickup from the studio.
Once an arrangement has been delivered or picked up, Beah Floral is not responsible for damage, theft, weather exposure, temperature exposure, improper handling, improper care, or deterioration occurring thereafter.
Businesses, Hospitals & Care Facilities
Deliveries to businesses, hospitals, hotels, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, schools, and other institutions are subject to the policies and procedures of those locations.
Delivery shall be considered complete once the arrangement has been accepted by authorized staff at the delivery location.
Beah Floral is not responsible for delays, refusals, losses, or mishandling occurring after acceptance by facility staff.
Delivery & Pickup Photographs
Beah Floral may photograph arrangements before delivery or pickup for quality assurance, documentation, portfolio, marketing, and proof-of-fulfillment purposes.
