Due to the perishable and custom nature of fresh floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Each arrangement is uniquely designed using seasonal blooms selected based on freshness and availability. Variations in flower type, color, shape, and overall appearance are natural and are not considered grounds for refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible on the day of delivery with photos of the arrangement so we can review the situation.

Beah Floral is not responsible for flower longevity or condition issues resulting from improper care, weather, recipient unavailability, incorrect delivery information, or delays outside of our control.
