Designer’s Choice Arrangements
Beah Floral specializes in one-of-a-kind, designer’s choice floral arrangements.
Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes frequently, every arrangement is uniquely designed using the freshest blooms available at the time of your order. While we strive to honor any requested color palette, exact flowers, containers, and design elements are not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as a custom order.
No two arrangements will ever be identical, and the final design is created at the florist’s discretion.
Flower Substitutions
Flower availability varies based on seasonality, weather, and market conditions. Beah Floral reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value when specific flowers, foliage, or vessels are unavailable.
Any substitutions will be made with careful consideration to maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement.
Custom Orders
Orders requesting specific flower varieties, exact color schemes, themed designs, inspiration-photo recreations, or other custom requirements may be considered custom orders and may require additional consultation, pricing, and lead time.
Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:

You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to applicable California sales tax.
Delivery
Beah Floral will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders within the requested delivery window; however, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, recipient availability, gated communities, apartment access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a recipient is unavailable, arrangements may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise requested. Once delivery has been completed, Beah Floral is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or weather-affected arrangements.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Pickup Orders
Customers selecting pickup are responsible for retrieving their order during the agreed pickup window. Beah Floral is not responsible for flowers left unclaimed beyond the scheduled pickup time.
Floral Care and Product Longevity
Fresh flowers are perishable products. Flower lifespan varies based on flower variety, environmental conditions, care, and handling after delivery or pickup.
Beah Floral cannot guarantee the longevity of flowers once they have been delivered or picked up.
Photography
Beah Floral reserves the right to photograph floral designs and use those images for marketing, advertising, social media, portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
Orders that have already been designed, prepared, processed, or dispatched for delivery cannot be canceled.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral design work, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided. Store credit may be issued at Beah Floral’s sole discretion for approved situations.
SMS Communications
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Beah Floral regarding order confirmations, delivery updates, customer support, and service-related communications.

Message frequency varies depending on your orders and inquiries.
